'Home' - the private view

This is a selection of photos from the opening of the 'Home' exhibition in the Atrium on 12th May 2011. The evening also included the announcement of the winners of the Michael Varah & Jim Higgins Award for Excellence, with the Town Mayor of Leamington, Councillor Robert Cunliffe, presenting the awards.

Mayday Trust, in partnership with Community Arts Workshop, have been running a series of art sessions, focusing around the theme - an emotive and powerful subject for self-expression.

The exhibition contains work from the 'Home' project together with other artwork produced by Mayday Trust clients, and continues until Tuesday 31st May.

Mayday Trust is a UK registered charity which provides specialised support, life-skills training and accommodation for vulnerable adults. Mayday support individuals who find it difficult to manage everyday living and need help to develop those skills.
