Annual general Meeting
Tuesday 21st february 7:00pm
The trustees and staff of Bath Place Community Venture would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 21st February 2012 at the Old Library, York Road, Leamington Spa, CV31 3PR.
We'd be delighted if you could join us for refreshments from 6.30pm with the meeting starting at 7pm.
The AGM will provide an opportunity to review the prior year and examine what has been achieved and also, critical issues that directly affect our future. There will also be Trustee Elections and opportunities to ask any questions you may have concerning Bath Place.
In order for us to manage refreshments we'd ask you to confirm attendance either by returning the slip below, phoning us or dropping us an e-mail.
If you are unable to attend and you would like to receive a copy of our annual report please write your e-mail address on the reply slip below and we will send you an e-copy after the AGM.
